Hey y’all!
Well, here it is (yet again!) To the surprise of no one probably, we are so blessed to announce that we are expecting Baby #4 in early 2020!!
We had a great time announcing it at Disney World last week! I wanted to do his with Andres, but I never got it together enough to get a shirt made so we ended up making this cute video instead (which was by far better! Still one of my favorite videos of all time!)
But this time, I knew we’d be going to Disney World a few times throughout the pregnancy, so I made sure to order a few shirts and take them with us to plan our announcement! And since Baby #4 means we are not only outnumbered, but double outnumbered, it only felt fitting that we say we are adding another little animal to our zoo (while at Animal Kingdom, of course!)
Anyway, back to this Baby! To say we were shocked when we found out in June would be an understatement (and yes, we do know how this happens LOL). We were at a place where we were happy with our 3 kiddos, and weren’t necessarily planning to have another (or rather, hadn’t had an official conversation one way or the other) so yes, we were caught off guard and shocked and surprised and all of the above. But, of course, babies are a blessing and yes our lives are chaos but hey, what’s one more little tornado at this point, right?
So, I’m already 20 weeks and so so happy to be more than halfway done with this pregnancy! So far, it’s been a VERY smooth, easy pregnancy, especially compared to my last pregnancy with Andres! If you don’t remember all of that drama, you can catch up here. But so far, all has been good, normal, and easy with this little one. Except for the fact that we’ve had 2 gender ultrasounds, both said the same thing, but I have a questionable picture that’s making me second guess LOL so not quite ready to announce the gender yet. But hey, in the grand scheme of things, needing an extra ultrasound for peace of mind is nothing compared to what it could be!
ALSO, and most importantly the ugly head of ICP/Cholestasis has not popped out yet! You can read all about my Cholestasis journies here. By this point with my last pregnancy, I was already itchy, had been diagnosed, and was being monitored, so to not have already begun to itch yet is HUGE! I’m hoping to avoid this nasty disease for as long as possible this time around, and hoping to have a little later delivery this time around, as well!
