Hey y’all!
Raise your hand if you’ve ever heard of LuLaRoe? Ok, sorry, that’s the teacher in me coming out 😛 But for real, most everyone and their mama has heard of LuLaRoe, one of the largest social retailers in the U.S. sold by over 50,000 independent fashion retailers nationwide. Whether you sell it yourself, have a friend that sells it, or have just heard about those buttery soft leggings everyone raves about, chances are it’s in your mind somewhere!
Now, when I used to think of LuLaRoe, of course I thought about the buttery soft leggings, but I also thought bright colors and patterns! I’m all about bright colors and patterns, and have acquired a good number of those bright, happy pieces from LLR over the past few months, but I also love a good neutral or black and white day.
In walks LuLaRoe’s Noir and Blanc Collection, a curated array of 19 styles for women, men and kids in ’60s retro-inspired prints with a perfect chic flare to wear all year round. Of course, given the name, I’m sure you can imagine that this line is full of black and white deliciousness. This simple and comfortable collection is priced from $24 (starting youth price points) to $70 and sized from XXS – 3XL.
LuLaRoe was nice enough to send me several pieces, styles, and prints to try out for myself and I must say, if I wasn’t already obsessed before, I sure am now!
The Jill Skirt
This skirt is a timeless piece that can either make you feel dressed up and glam, or casual but still pretty. I love the length of this skirt because it’s the perfect teacher skirt. I can still sit in my teacher chair or on the floor without feeling self-concious. I love the elastic waist and how high it sits up on my waist- makes mama feel skinny 😛 On top of what I love about the Jill Skirt in general, I also love the black and white motorcycle print of the Noir and Blanc line on the Jill skirt! It’s too cute and definitely retro.
The Amy top
Ok, honestly, I was a liiiiittle nervous about the Amy top. It was probably just the fact that my 4-year-old kept asking me why I was wearing a “Daddy shirt” but either way- I was hesitant. Then, I put it on, and all my doubts went flying out the window like my money will be to LuLaRoe. This top is so soft, so flowy, so forgiving. Wear it tucked in or left out- either way will definitely look cute! I’m so sorry, dear Amy, for ever second guessing you! You are easily one of my favorite pieces of clothing I own!
The Amelia dress
You know the saying, “When you know, you just know”? Or the ever famous “Love at first sight”? Or what about “fits like a glove and no I won’t ever ever ever take it off”? Ok, the last one may be unique to my vocabulary, but those all express the way I feel about my Amelia dresses (and yes, I said dressES, because I now own 3!) The Amelia dress makes me feel like I don’t have a post-baby pouch x3. It makes me feel like I look like a million bucks, even when I’m running late for work and missing a shoe. It makes me feel like the belle of the ball, even on a random Wednesday. With it’s stretchy material, oh-so-flattering shape, and beautiful patterns, this is what true love feels like, I just know it.
Oh, and pockets. Nuff’ said.
So tell me, which LuLaRoe piece is your favorite? You can find additional product information available on the LuLaRoe Website, including how to find a retailer to purchase your own pieces from!
XO,
Amanda
