Hey y’all!
Babywearing has always been important to me, with all three kids. It’s actually been more like a matter of life and death in situations like napping strikes or times when I have had both kids alone. And now, with three little ones, it’s an absolute must-have, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Even when Mr. R and I are both together, we’re outnumbered now, so thebaby must be worn! It just makes everyone’s lives so much easier.
So the other day, we decided to make good use of our Georgia Aquarium Annual Passes and take all three little ones for the first time. At first, we thought about taking the double stroller and a single stroller for the baby, but that sounded so bulky and overwhelming. In swooped the new ErgoBaby Omni 360 to rescue our newbie-parents-of-3 selves!
The ErgoBaby Omni 360 is the perfect carrier for so many reasons. First, baby can begin using it at 7 pounds without an infant insert- genius! Even though Baby Andrés was a preemie, he was almost 6 pounds, so it was only 2 weeks until he topped 7 and could use it. The other awesome thing is that it was big enough for us to hold Tino in it! What a versatile carrier- not that Mr. Independent Tino would let us wear him much at this point. It’s nice to have options and know this carrier is going to be with us for the long-haul!
We had such a great time at the Aquarium, thanks in large part to our perfect new versatile carrier. I was able to push the double stroller, run after the bigger two, and even nurse the baby as we walked the big blue building top to bottom, scoping out the fish, sharks, whales, and more. Check out more from our fun day below!
As far as babywearing goes, there are so many different options. There are ring slings, wraps, and soft-sided carriers. Each one is good for a different purpose and different stage in the baby’s life. But this one carrier can be consistently used through all stages of baby’s life, making it an easy choice for favorite!
The all-in-one, newborn ready Omni 360 has all the carry positions. The Omni 360 grows with you from week 1 to 36 months. It also has unique, crossable shoulder straps give a personalized fit, and baby can face you, forward face, be worn on your hip or your back! It’s truly the best baby carrier I’ve tried yet,
Some more details about the Omni 360 include the fact that no infant insert required for newborns, which is huge because I always lose extra pieces- whoops! It also has lumbar support for extra back comfort (this is a BIGGIE!) A detachable storage pouch, crossable straps, and easy switching options just really take it to the next level!
If you love babywearing as much a I do, follow ErgoBaby on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest. Just don’t blame me if it makes you want another baby sooner than you’d hoped. 😉
XO,
Amanda
