Hey y’all!
How many of you have picky eaters? How many of you are usually in a rush with no time to cook? If either of these are you, this morning I have a super easy breakfast recipe for you- the 4 Ingredient Breakfast Bowl!
Ingredients:
- Instant Grits
- Eggs
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Butter to taste
Directions:
- Make grits in the microwave (add water or milk, microwave for 2 mins) and add butter, salt, pepper, and cheese to taste
- Chop and cook bacon in a skillet
- Using bacon grease*, cook eggs in skillet
- Top eggs and bacon on top of grits and enjoy!
*Bacon grease tip is VERY important! 😉
