Shop Easy and Shop Smart with Shopbolt

Hey y’all!

You are going to die, literally die, when I blow your mind with the latest app I’m obsessed with. This gem, called Shopbolt, is your personal concierge in your pocket (I’m not kidding!) Shopbolt is an amazing new app that helps your shop for literally anything, and they can find it for you and ship it to you.

Sound too good to be true? It’s not, and here’s how it works:

Step 1:

Download the app from iOS or Android.

 

Step 2:

Make a shopping request (your options are Electronics, Gifts, Home Decor, Household Supplies, Shoes, or Something else)

Step 3:

A conversation will start with a real person, and they will ask you a few questions (price range, size, any specific styles, etc.)

Step 4:

They will come back with recommendations (usually at least 2-3 items to choose from)

 

Step 5:

If they share one you like, you can order it straight through Shopbolt. They will pay for it through their account and then bill you, so your credit card information is never shared with anyone! If you don’t like anything you see, just ask for other options and they will gladly send you more!

Step 6:

Your order will arrive at your home!

My thoughts

Now, the only downside (literally, only!) I’ve found to Shopbolt is that they don’t work with Amazon Prime, since it’s a subscription and they can’t get in your account. Makes sense, but in some cases it might just be easier and quicker to use Amazon Prime. As you can see above, I was using ShopBolt to purchase an iWatch band for my mom’s birthday, but since I waited until the last minute to buy one of them (#daughterfail) I got it quicker through Amazon Prime. Otherwise, I was able to quickly and easily order the other band, since it was;t on such a tight shipping schedule, and was 100% pleased with the service!

I’m also currently in the process of using Shopbolt to help us find a new farmhouse table for our breakfast area, and so far, I’m loving the options they are providing!

Shopbolt is great because you can use it in three ways: the app, the website, and texting! Also, if they respond through the app, it comes through your email and you can respond through email! I really love how easy it is to use.

Perfect for Moms

Shopbolt is amazing for moms for many reasons, but my favorite is the fact that you can order diapers, wipes, formula, or anything else you may need if you don’t have a chance to make it to the store. Also, Shopbolt will compare prices and similar brands to help you find the best deal! Imagine having that sleepy newborn in your arms, only to realize you’ll be out of diapers soon, and don’t know when the next time you’ll make it out in public will be! Panic sets in, but then you remember you can order those diapers just by lifting one little finger (that shouldn’t wake the baby, right? Who am I kidding, everything wakes a sleeping baby!) But, at least it will be less of a disturbance than getting in the car would be!

Shopbolt is also a hidden gem for people looking to get out and experience things!
