Hey y’all!
A couple of weeks ago, we were out to dinner withe the Rodriguez side of the family for a birthday dinner at this great new place down the street from our new house in Norcross called Ba Bellies. First of all, yum. Second of all, my sister-in-law, Jess, ordered a Moscow Mule, which I had never heard of before. She let me try hers, and I was hooked. It was all I could think about. I was dreaming about it, and… ok, that’s an exaggeration. BUT, it was delicious, and I couldn’t wait to try it again!
Fast forward to the Super Bowl party, and Jess arrives with Moscow Mules! It was like a dream come true. So when I got the chance to try out some new Moscow Mule Mugs from Eximius Power, I knew I had to invite Jess, my brother-in-law Samy, and our niece over for dinner and drinks, because who better to share a Moscow Mule with than the one who got me on to them? Bonus: They live less than a mile from us, and we love getting to hang out with them!!
So, we had the three of them over last night for dinner so Jess could teach me how to make her delicious Moscow Mules. If you haven’t made them yet, they are SO SIMPLE! Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- Ginger Beer (can find it at a package store and some grocery stores)
- Vodka (any brand)
- Limes
- Awesome Copper Tumblers 😉
Directions:
- Fill mug with ice
- Pour 1 shot of vodka into mug
- Fill to top with ginger beer (one can made two drinks)
- Squeeze a lime slice and garnish with another
- Mix and enjoy!
{DISCOUNT OFFER!}
So, what’s the deal with the copper mugs? Why are they so great? First of all, they have a handcrafted hammered finish, making them unique. The copper tumblers also are made of pure copper, which (I had no idea) makes the lime’s citric acid react to create the perfect Moscow Mule taste! These 16 oz tumblers make a perfect gift for a birthday, bachelor party, or any other special occasion! You can score your own on Amazon, plus, my readers can enjoy 25% OFF with the coupon code 4QCWEWMZ!
Honestly, these mugs are so cool to look at, and kept our drinks cold the entire time. I was worried that, without a handle, it would be too cold, but it wasn’t at all. I can’t wait to make them again!
CHEERS!
XO,
Amanda
Disclosure: I was paid and provided free product from Eximius Power in exchange for my honest review, however all opinions are my own.
