Reach your health goals with the new Garden Salad Bar from Ruby Tuesday!

Ruby Tuesday

Hey ya’ll!

You may have noticed a trend recently of my goal to try and be a better me. I’ve worked with a workout clothing company, have been trying to make healthier eating choices with great new recipes, and have been spending more time on making sure I look and feel my best. And now, going out to eat and keeping those New Year’s resolutions just got a lot easier, thanks to Ruby Tuesday’s new Endless Garden Bar. Ruby Tuesday's Salad Bar

This weekend, we went to Ruby Tuesday to do some “research” and try out their new-and-improved expanded Endless Garden Bar with more than 55 amazing ingredients – nearly double the number of items offered on their previous Garden Bar. You can find everything from new fruits and vegetables, premium cheeses, a variety of crunchy toppings and eight dressings that are now all made in-house. I ordered an Avocado Chicken Sandwich and was able to substitute a side for the Unlimited Garden Bar- which was an amazing deal. The sandwich was great, but the salad definitely stood out as the highlight of the meal! You can see (one of) my creations below!

Ruby Tuesday Introduces new Garden Bar Toppings:

The Garden Bar had toppings I’d never seen on a salad bar before, like shredded kale, artichoke hearts, roasted corn and edamame, and of course, lasting favorites as diced cucumbers and onions, sliced baby ‘bella mushrooms, diced eggs, crumbled feta and chopped bacon.

They also have a variety of pasta and potato salads that I, of course, needed a second plate for 🙂 The Garden Bar also features eight new dressings made in-house are crafted to make any Garden Bar creation better than it’s ever been. New Garden Herb Ranch improves on a classic guest favorite, while other distinctive choices such as Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette and Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette are unique, delicious and exclusive to Ruby Tuesday. I got the Cilantro Lima Vinaigrette, and let me tell you, it made my salad!!

Anissa had to accompany to make my salad, even though she kept exclaiming that salad was disgusting, and was pleasantly surprised to find out there were great toppings that she could steal off my plate, like carrot sticks, grapes, and apples.Ruby Tuesday's Salad Bar

I like some variety of meat on my salad. When I was a kid we always used to eat a salad called Mexican Chef Salad that had ground beef and tortilla chips.
