Hey everyone,
May is always such a busy birthday month for us, and we LOVE it! Our sister-in-law, Jaclyn’s, birthday is May 9, then Mr. R and his twin Roly are May 20, my dad is May 21, and then mine is May 23! So, needless to say, today we are POOPED and FAT from so many parties, dinners, breakfasts and of course, desserts!
Last Wednesday, we had a celebration for Cele and Roly’s birthday with all the brothers, sisters, in-laws and kiddos. It was so much fun, as usual!! Cele got a new car for his birthday (more about that coming in the next post!) so I got him a car care kit for his birthday with a car vacuum, leather wipes, car fresheners and a car wash bucket!
Then, we went out to dinner for Chinese Thursday night for my dad’s birthday. We have this amazing little hole in the wall place by our house that we go to at least once a week or so, so my tummy was happy!!
Finally, yesterday was my birthday, so we woke up and went to eat breakfast, just the three of us, at the Original Pancake House– YUM!!!We didn’t realize we had one so close to the house, so we will be heading back probably every weekend! Then we got home, watched a movie and relaxed, before heading to one of our favorite restaurants, Olde Blind Dog, with my parents, Cele and Anissa’ my sister Maddie and her friend, and my grandma. It was such a nice, relaxing night, topped off with some Marble Slab and laughs.
Cele got me a BEAUTIFUL Pandora bracelet with an emerald charm, a family, an A for Anissa, a New York charm (our favorite vacation), an apple, a bird, and some beautiful star charms. This is by far one of my favorite gifts I have ever received. It was so meaningful and beautiful!!!
All in all, WHAT A FUN WEEK!! This week is always so tiring but awesome to celebrate some of my favorite people! And now, you’ll have to excuse me for one more birthday breakfast with Cele’s family! We’re going to Egg Harbor Cafe, one of our favorite breakfast spots!!
