When you think of becoming a new mom, I’m sure most people don’t think about being sexy… I mean, isn’t that how you got in this mess in the first place? All joking aside, most new moms probably feel frumpy, fat, sweaty and greasy- believe me, I was there, I know the feeling. The fact that you can/want to continue wearing your maternity clothes for weeks or months after your little one has arrived doesn’t help the cause, and swapping your Victoria’s secret bras in for nursing bras is just the icing on the cake.
But guess what? Nursing bras don’t have to make you feel frumptastic! Did you know they actually make cute, stylish, colorful nursing bras? Because let me be the first to admit, I didn’t! Before Anissa was born, I made sure to have a nursing bra ready and in my hospital bag- smart, yes, but being that Babies ‘R Us only had two to choose from and I didn’t know the first thing about nursing bras, I just picked from what they had and checked that off my mile-long hospital bag packing list. But, with the (TMI warning) never-ending leaks, squirts, spills, etc., nursing bras can easily get run ragged. So when I was on the hunt for a few new nursing bras recently, I stumbled across Nursing Bra Express, and it was like a whole new world opened up!
Nursing Bra Express has everything from nursing bras to nursing shirts to postpartum shapers and more- I mean, a new mama’s dream! I was able to review The Easy Bra by Majamas (pictured below on the model and on my bed- I’m not nearly brave enough to post a picture of myself in a bra online!) and I absolutely loved it- I would order one for every day of the week if I could!
Here’s what I love about The Easy Bra:
- It doesn’t have clips; you just pull it to the side when it is time to nurse. HUGE PLUS! If you have ever nursed, you know how annoying those clips can be.
- It’s sooo comfy.
- No underwire- score! I don’t think I can ever go back!
- I got the Toffee color, so I can wear it under anything without seeing it underneath!
- It has a V-neck, which is much lower than most nursing bras, so I can wear more low-cut shirts!
- The price! At only $26.00 regular price, this bra is a steal compared to my others!
Besides absolutely loving The Easy Bra, I also really loved Nursing Bra Express. Their customer service is top-notch, their selection is huge, shipping was quick and easy, and it’s just an all around great brand for new moms.
