Food Marriage Reviews and Giveaways

*Review and giveaway* Keep your hands warm and your ice cream cold with Tubbies!

You know that feeling when you want ice cream so much and so badly that you just want to sit on the couch with a pint and watch a movie? You know what I mean, and I’m not judging! It’s so much easier than serving your dish, deciding you want more, going back for seconds, and yada yada yada. But alas, the pint is too cold for that! What’s a gal to do?

Ta da! In walks the Tubbie! What’s a Tubbie, you may ask? Glad ya did! A Tubbie is a fun, furry way to keep your hands warm and your ice cream cold while never leaving the pint. Basically, it’s a coozie for your ice cream! They come from Australia, so they are made for their sizes (500ml and 1 Litre), but the 500 ml fits a Pint of ice cream like a dream, so no worries there!

I got to try out the Tubbie for myself and was very pleasently  surprised! Your ice cream definitely stays cold (we had it out passing it around for at least 30 minutes and it never started to melt.) I let my sister Maddie be my tester (because what kid doesn’t want total permission to run wild eating a pint of ice cream and taking pictures?!) Check her out in action below. She loved the Tubbie and her only opportunity for improvement would be some sort of matching spoon holder so she could take breaks. Entreprenuer in the making!

Tubbies is graciously offering to give one lucky reader their own Tubbie! Enter below for your chance at warm hands and cold ice cream! Check them out on Facebook, as well!

I really love this idea! I can see it being used when you buy a big cub of Yogurtland or Pinkberry yogurt and don’t want it melting while you eat it! I want one 🙂
