Happy Friday, all!
Mr. R and I are always looking for fun date nights. You guys know that. I’ve written about it here and here and here, just to name a few!
So the other night after dinner, Mr. R had the awesome idea to do a Coldstone-Creamery-at-home night. You know, flatten out the ice cream, mix-in the mix-ins, the whole bit! What a fun and easy date night!
It worked really well for us because we had a whole lotta ice cream and a random assortment of toppings. We used shaved coconut, chopped pecans, chocolate chips, chocolate syryp and crubmled brownies, and mixed those into Blue Bell Vanilla Bean ice cream. Oh my! My mouth is watering as we speak.
It was so stinking easy, too. All we did was grab a cookie sheet, scoop out our ice cream and let it melt a little. Then, we used two spatulas to soften it, and then just mixed in our toppings and voila! Enjoy the pictures below and good luck not drooling!
