You know that pair of shoes that you wear till they can’t be worn anymore? The shoes that are perfect in every situation: work, a night out, dressing up some jeans, whatever you need them for! Well, I had mine. They were a dark brown high-heeled Mary Jane pump that I loved- they were my go-to work shoes whenever I was wearing a brown-toned outfit. Unfortunately, they had seen better days and I had stopped wearing them because they were just too worn down. Check them out for yourself below.
So, when I had the awesome opportunity to help me give my shoes some new life, of course I jumped on it!
What is this awesomeness, you may ask? Well, it’s a review and giveaway for Zabellos, a new way to have your favorite old shoes repaired without every having to step foot in a repair shop. How is that possible? By doing everything online! That’s right, to get your favorite shoes repaired (and take my word for it, they will probably turn out better than they were to begin with!) all you have to do it choose your package online, request a shipping box, print your shipping label, pack up the shoes and send them along through the US Postal Service.
Zabellos offers three levels of repairs. I was fortunate enough to recieve my choice of package, and chose the Platinum option to make sure my shoes came back even better than before!
Silver: $49 (Heel repair)
Gold: $69 (Half soles + Heel repair)
Platinum: $89 (Full Soles + Heel repair)
There are also a ton of free add-ons at all service levels include (and you can choose an unlimited number of them!!) Just to name a few, you can add on leather insoles, protective toe and taps, new laces, high gloss shine and weatherproofing for rain and snow.
When I got my shoes back, they were better than I could have ever imagined! Check out the before and afters below!

February 11, 2013 at 1:33 pmGreat post! I really don’t have any shoes that need rep[airing. I’m good about using my shoes until the last wear, then donating or trashing them.
