{Recipe} Easy Breakfast Grit Bowl

Hey y’all!

How many of you have picky eaters? How many of you are usually in a rush with no time to cook? If either of these are you, this morning I have a super easy breakfast recipe for you- the 4 Ingredient Breakfast Bowl!

4 Ingredient Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Instant Grits
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Cheese
  • Butter to taste

4 Ingredient Breakfast Bowl

Directions:

  1. Make grits in the microwave (add water or milk, microwave for 2 mins) and add butter, salt, pepper, and cheese to taste
  2. Chop and cook bacon in a skillet
  3. Using bacon grease*, cook eggs in skillet
  4. Top eggs and bacon on top of grits and enjoy!

*Bacon grease tip is VERY important! 😉
