Another Friday is here which means another chance to share the products and foods I am loving lately in my Friday Love List! These past two weeks have been slammed, between parent-teacher conferences, starting back up on my diet, and just life in general. But here are the things we are loving!
Butter London Make-up
I got the chance to review a few of the products below from Butter London, including the Butter London Plush Rush lip gloss which has INSTANTLY become my favorite lip gloss EVER. And y’all, I’m a lip gloss freak so that does not come lightly. I love the tingly feeling it gives my lips, and yes, it’s a bit pricey at $20, but it is worth every penny!
Butter London’s full line of make-up and nail lacquer always feature what’s new and next in colors, and I also am loving my Shadow Clutch Due in Palm Paradise. I’ll admit that I was nervous it would look ridiculous on me, but I have worn it several times and always get compliments on it. It’s definitely made me more confident about wearing eye shadows!
The Edge of Seventeen (movie)
So, we watched this movie, staring Hailee Steinfeld, this weekend and I am so obsessed with it! The movie is about Nadine, an awkward, unpopular high-schooler who loses her best friend to her brother, and is trying to navigate life with out her. If you love comedies and rom-coms, PLEASE watch this movie!!! It’s so sweet.
21 Day Fix
So, this has consistently been the only diet and exercise plan that has worked well for me, so I decided to give it another go! I forgot how easy it is to just portion out my food, and keep track of what all I’ve eaten that day! I also love the workouts more than any other BeachBody workouts I’ve done (don’t ask me why because I can’t give you a good answer, I just do!)
I’m 5 days in, so only 16 to go! Can’t wait to let you know my results! If you are interested in learning more, my brother-in-law is an awesome BeachBody coach, so please reach out!
Spicy Broccoli Rice
So here’s a quick little recipe that we are loving in our house this week- Spicy Broccoli “Rice”. We call it “rice” but it feels more like couscous. It’s super easy- just mix sausage, broccoli, green beans and spinach in the food processor, add salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper for a bit of spice, mix together, and serve as a side! You can eat it like a cold salad or heated up. Either way, it’s delish!
What things are you loving this week?
